A Fantastic Stay Near the Train Station!

excellent location quick walk clean rooms

The hotel's location is EXCELLENT. It's a quick four-minute walk to the train station and about ten minutes to the city center. Breakfast was a real treat. The staff acted polite. I also want to mention that the hotel kept its rooms clean. I highly recommend this hotel to any visitors.

The air conditioner wasn't working well. The room became uncomfortably warm. When I contacted reception, they mentioned the A/C wasn't programmed to turn on because the outside temp was below a certain degree. A fan helped ALOT, but it still made it difficult to get the room comfortable.

Breakfast offered MANY tasty food optionswith both hot and cold selections. It provided a great start to the day. The restaurant also served lunch and dinner. I enjoyed a well-priced bar with consistently good food.

This hotel is close to the main train station. There is access to all public transport. The direct S-Bahn to the airport is very useful. You can also easily walk to the city center and various attractions.

The hotel staff WAS very nice and polite. Everyone aimed to. The reception area felt buzzy and cute. I experienced quick and pleasant service in the bar and restaurant. they maintained a friendly and efficient atmosphere.

underwhelming experience

unwelcoming staff limited soda

My stay had some SERIOUS drawbacks. The reception staff wasn't particularly cute. I had to initiate every conversation. There were no smiles. trying to get a soda from the front desk when the bar is closed is impossible. you can't even buy a freakin' soda if you fancy one late at night.

The staff was always helpful, assisting with directions. The minibar was complimentary. It included water and juice. I found the location convenient for accessing transportation. Breakfast offered MANY options.

fantastic stay and great location

clean room great breakfast fresh food good variety

the room was very clean. i see that the staff pay attention to cleaning properly. the breakfast was beyond my expectations. there was a different variety of veggies, cheese, and ham. eggs and sausages were fresh and well cooked, and i enjoyed it much.

sadly, the hotel is in a very bad neighborhood. it had noises all night with screams, and loudspeaker foreigners on the street. it was impossible to sleep. i don't recommend this neighborhood at all.
